What is a Discount Real Estate Broker?

Commission rebate: For buyers, discount brokers offer to rebate you back up to 50% of the commission they earn when they help you purchase a home. For example, if your broker earns a 3% commission, you could get back 1.5% of your home’s sale price. If the home you purchase is in the $600,000 range that’s $9,000 back into your pocket!
