1. Is this legal?
It is perfectly legal for us to set our own fees for the service we provide.
2. How much can I save?
It’s only limited by the amount of commission offered by the seller. In today’s market some sellers are offering commissions up to 3.5%. On a $500,000 home offering 3.5% commission we would rebate $8,750 on that home. The minimum commission we collect is $4,000. The typical homebuyer receives about $7,500 when they work with We Help-U-Buy Realty.
3. What does it cost?
It costs you absolutely nothing. In fact, we pay you.
4. Do we have to get a loan through you?
Absolutely not. We work with several fine lenders and will be happy to put you in touch with one of them but our rebate is not dependent upon you using any particular lender.
5. Do I have to make my own arrangements for showings?
No. Once you’ve identified a property that appeals to you, and have driven by to be sure you are interested, we will meet you at the property and personally do the showing.
6. Do I have to sign a contract with We Help-U-Buy Realty?
No. You are not contractually obligated to use our services. We are confident that we will provide you with such great savings and service that you will voluntarily do business with us.
7. Can I buy a new home through We Help-U-Buy Realty and get a rebate?
Certainly. However, if you are shopping for a new home, DO NOT register at any development before calling us. We will contact the office at any site you are interested in and find out the procedure for registering our office as your agent. Not all new home builders pay the 3% buyer’s side commission. Some pay less than 3%, some don’t pay anything. If they pay less that 3%, we will give everything over 1%. If they don’t pay anything, we will still help you if you need it, but we won’t be able to pay you anything.
8. What areas do you work in?
We specialize in Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire but we are licensed to sell real estate anywhere in California.
