Our offer is simple, when you work with us and we represent you in a real estate transaction, we get one half of the commission for the sale and give the other half of the commission to you. On the typical home in Southern California that will be $7,500 you get to keep in your bank account. In many cases it's much, much more. The Buying Process Made Simple
Do you find yourself searching the internet, driving around looking for homes, calling listing agents, doing the work of a real estate agent? Assuming an agent wrote up an offer after you did all the legwork, who gets paid? Typically, the agent representing a buyer gets up to 3% in commission. At We Help-U-Buy Realty, we share that with you. Teamwork is the nuts & bolts of our program and our process is quite SIMPLE!
- Step 1. Identify your needs and your situation Are you looking for a single family home, a condo or investment property? How many bedrooms, bath rooms and square feet? What city do you want to be in? What’s your price range? Are pre-qualified for a loan? If you need help with this we can recommend you to one of the lenders we work closely with.
Step 2. You can search the MLS through our website, or anywhere you are comfortable on the internet, and identify properties that you are interested in viewing.
Now we even offer an IPhone App
Or, you can create a personalized client gateway that will automatically update anytime listings become available that fit your specifications. All available listings will be stored this personal website where you can sort, save and view them at your leisure. We will only contact you when you indicate you are interested in a property.
Step 3. Unlike many other companies that offer rebates to buyers, At We Help-U-Buy Realty we will gladly show you property.
Let us know the address and MLS number of the properties that interest you and we will schedule appointments to personally show you the property.
- Step 4. Once you’ve decided on a property, We Help-U-Buy Realty will assist you in researching comparable sales information and review comparable properties on the market to determine an offering price. We Help-U-Buy writes up and presents the offer and negotiates on your behalf. We assist you with home inspections and guide you through the escrow process. Before your escrow closes, we credit you with half of our commission. Typically, that’s over $7,500 to spend as you choose. If you prefer, in most cases we can issue you a check after close of escrow.
- Step 5. We hand you the keys to your new home.
