Brad studied Business Administration at San Diego State University and has accumulated more than 35 years of business experience in construction, lending, law, and real estate. Brad is a California Real Estate Broker and has been licensed since 2004. He has closed more than 300 real estate transactions totaling more than $200,000,000 in sales.

In 2004, I was in the loan business looking for ways to attract new clients. I found a marketing program called the "Greed Stimulator System." It said (if you had a real estate license, which I did) to attract more loans, offer to share your real estate commission with people who did their loans through you.

It was an epiphany.Here I was living in the land of $700,000 houses that were flying off the shelf. Half the commission on a $700,000 house is still over $10,000, and since I didn't work for a broker that took a big percentage of my commission, I could save my clients thousands of dollars and still make a good living.

Fifteen years later, I've sold over 300 properties, given my clients back over Two Million Dollars and have dozens of satisfied clients every year.
